Mute Video and Microphone
Upon entering Zoom, please turn off your video and your microphone and leave them off for the duration of the performance.
To do this, select "stop video" and "mute" in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Gallery View
In the top right corner, switch from "speaker view" to "gallery view" by clicking the small grid icon.
Hide Non-Video Participants
To do so, go down to Stop Video in the bottom left hand corner of your screen and press on the ^ button and choose Video Settings. This will open a pop up; find the "Meetings" portion and click the check box next to "Hide Non-Video Participants"
Alternately, click the three blue dots in the upper right corner of a non-video participant's box, then select "hide non-video participants
